My hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with an evening slot on an occasional basis.

Session Details:

The initial appointment is 60 minutes, and subsequent individual sessions are 45 minutes.

Sessions occur weekly and, in some cases, biweekly.​

While I recommend the early phase of therapy to be in person when possible, I understand that is not always possible or convenient. Online therapy has become popular for a reason!​

After we set up an initial consultation session, I will email you with my video call link (a secure HIPAA compliant platform) or directions to my office suite and some forms to complete.
​
Payment:

​Payment is due at the time of service by Zelle, Venmo, check or HSA/credit card.
​

I am an out of network provider for all insurance plans. My fees are industry standard in NYC, and in a free initial phone call, I go over current fees.
​

Upon request, I will email you a statement or super-bill with all required codes to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement as simply as possible. Coverage will depend on what your plan offers for out-of-network mental health services and your annual deductible.

Under the law, health care providers must give a patient who does not have insurance, or is using out-of-network insurance, a"Good Faith Estimate" of how much non-emergency medical care, including psychotherapy services, is expected to cost.
